When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver your order within approximately 7–14 business days. During periods of high demand with shipping carriers or due to customs processing, delivery may occasionally take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will always receive an email with a tracking link.

Where is my order shipped from?
Our products are shipped directly from our international distribution centre in Yiwu, China. This allows us to offer carefully selected products at competitive prices while ensuring quality control prior to dispatch.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order has not been delivered within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact Sylaa customer support at info@sylaa.uk. We will assist you promptly and, if necessary, initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

How much does shipping cost?
We always offer free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees apply.

How do I return an item?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Before returning any item, you must contact Sylaa customer support at info@sylaa.uk so the return can be registered in our system and you can receive further instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Will I receive a refund after returning an item?
Yes. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
