Please read these terms carefully before using Sylaa’s website or making a purchase.
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may cancel the purchase.
Consumer: a natural person purchasing for personal use.
Day: calendar day.
Durable medium: any medium that allows information to be stored for future reference in an unchanged form.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the specified period.
Merchant: Sylaa, offering products via distance selling.
Distance contract: a contract concluded without the physical presence of both parties.

Article 2 – Scope of Application
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Sylaa and the consumer.
The terms are made available before purchase and can be stored on a durable medium.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and specific conditions, the provision most favourable to the consumer shall prevail.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
Article 3 – Offers and Product Information
All offers are non-binding and subject to change or withdrawal.
Product descriptions and images are indicative only; minor variations may occur.
Obvious typographical or printing errors are not binding.
Prices, payment methods, delivery terms, and information about the right of withdrawal are clearly stated at checkout.
Article 4 – Formation of the Contract
The contract is formed when the consumer completes the purchase and receives an order confirmation by email.
Sylaa applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and payments.
Sylaa reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected incorrect information, fraud, or payment issues.
All purchases are subject to product availability.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.
During the cooling-off period, the product must be handled with care and returned unused.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact Sylaa customer support at info@sylaa.uk within 30 days.
After approval, the product must be returned within 14 days. The consumer is responsible for providing proof of return.
Article 6 – Return Costs and Refunds
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after Sylaa has received and inspected the returned product, or after valid proof of return has been provided.
Article 7 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products excluded by law, including but not limited to customised items, sealed hygiene or health products once unsealed, perishable goods, and digital content delivered with the consumer’s consent.
Article 8 – Prices and Charges
All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Any customs duties or import-related charges imposed by carriers are beyond Sylaa’s control.
Sylaa is not responsible for price changes due to legal amendments or external factors.
Article 9 – Warranty and Liability
Sylaa guarantees that products comply with the contract and applicable safety requirements.
Any defects or issues must be reported to customer support within a reasonable time after delivery.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or external damage.
Article 10 – Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
Standard delivery time is up to 7 business days unless stated otherwise.
The risk for the product transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
In the event of a substantial delay, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
Article 11 – Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards and PayPal.
The consumer is responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct.
In the event of non-payment, statutory reminder or collection fees may apply.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@sylaa.uk.
Sylaa aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.
Submitting a complaint does not release the consumer from their payment obligation.
Article 13 – Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes should first be resolved by mutual agreement. The consumer always retains the right to submit a dispute to a competent court or alternative dispute resolution body.
