Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Overview
At Sylaa, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means you can register a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for an Approved Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase such as an order number or invoice.

Returns must not be sent without prior contact with customer support. You must always contact Sylaa at info@sylaa.au before sending an item back.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to the following products:
Goods with limited shelf life, such as food or magazines; hygiene or intimate products where the seal has been broken; health or personal care products with broken seals; hazardous materials; flammable liquids or gases; gift cards; digital products or licences; and products purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, where this was clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Return Process
To return an item, contact us at info@sylaa.au within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for return. Once your return request has been registered and approved, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The product must be returned within 14 days after approval. Always keep your shipping receipt until the case has been fully resolved. Once we have received and inspected the return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will be notified by email. If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if the product shows clear signs of use, sealed products have been opened, parts are missing, the product is damaged through no fault of ours, or the product is returned outside the specified return period.

Exchanges
We generally only offer exchanges if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us at info@sylaa.au and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you further.

Return Shipping & Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Without valid proof of shipment, we cannot guarantee that your return has been received.
