At Sylaa, your order is shipped directly from our international warehouse. This allows us to offer carefully selected products at competitive prices while optimising logistics and reducing unnecessary transport. A considered approach that combines value with efficient delivery.

We offer free shipping across the United Kingdom on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 pm are typically processed the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is up to 7 business days. During periods of high demand with carriers or due to customs processing, delivery may occasionally take longer. You can always track your shipment using the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation.
Correct Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct before completing the order. If you notice an error in your address details, please contact us immediately at info@sylaa.uk. We will do our best to update the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has left our warehouse.
Order Cancellations
As orders are processed quickly, it is usually not possible to cancel an order after purchase. However, you always have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.
Packages Not Yet Received
If your package has not arrived, we recommend waiting an additional 24 hours, as deliveries may occasionally be completed the following day. Please also check your mailbox, entrance area, safe place, neighbours, or whether the parcel has been delivered to a collection point.

Investigation of Lost Shipments
If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This process may take some time and requires cooperation from the customer. We always aim for a fair and accurate resolution.
Unreceived or Uncollected Packages
If a package is not received or not collected, it is not always automatically returned to Sylaa. In such cases, a refund cannot be issued.
If you wish to have the package resent, we offer one free reshipment. Any additional reshipments may be subject to a fee.
Tracking (Track & Trace)
You can track your order at any time using our tracking function. Simply enter your order number and the email address used at checkout on our tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days. For full instructions, please refer to our return policy.
Damaged Items on Delivery
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours at info@sylaa.uk. Include your order number and clear photos of both the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
